I have another project sale agreed of the 3-bed mid Terrace property with garage.

The house is currently occupied with a tenant which is in a process of purchasing own house we don't have a date to move out (Februaury 2019)

The bank valuation came back with £0 value due to issues to the property. The assets will be purchased with the exchange of the contracts and delayed complexion.  I can take control of the property and do the necessary work to satisfy the bank and future tenants.
